Meet Maureen O'Connor
I've spent many years working in healthcare information management, clinical documentation integrity, and healthcare systems. Along the way, I saw how often patients and families felt confused, unheard, and overwhelmed—not because they weren't trying, but because healthcare systems are genuinely hard to navigate.
Over time, I found myself stepping in to help family members prepare for appointments, review medical records, understand discharge plans, and make sense of complex medical information. That experience showed me how valuable knowledgeable practical support can be.
I created O'Connor Care Navigation to provide that kind of guidance to others. Whether you're facing a new diagnosis, managing a chronic condition, supporting an aging parent, or coordinating complex care, my goal is to help you understand what is happening, know what questions to ask, and feel more confident about your next steps.
